Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest and Mandates

In accordance with recommendations E2 and E3 of the German Corporate Governance Code, conflicts of interest shall be disclosed to the Chair of the Supervisory Board and to the Chair of the Board of Management without undue delay and members of the Board of Management shall only assume sideline activities, especially Supervisory Board mandates outside the enterprise, with the approval of the Supervisory Board.
