Indirect spend procurement through Coupa
Brenntag is taking the next step in our digital transformation and one part of this is a change in the way we will collaborate with you as our supplier. Part of the transformation is replacing the procurement system with a digital solution provided by Coupa.
What will change for you?
We will have a common and harmonized platform to collaborate with you and exchange documents. Establishment of one single platform will help us to automate manual processes within and increase data transparency. Implementation of the new way of working will lead to mutual benefits and help improve the entire supply chain process.
What does this mean for you?
You will be managing orders and catalogs out of the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). In practice, the new platform can be utilized as single source of truth for managing all customers in one place – i.e., you can use the CSP account to link other customers free of charge. In addition to that, the new way of working will simplify procurement processes, reduce ordering time and facilitate document processing.
